Rockfish uses LeagueApps to sign up for play days at http://vbrockfish.leagueapps.com/ or on the mobile app! Register before hand so we have an idea of how many people plan on playing.

General Info

We encourage everyone to come out and play hockey, whether you're a beginner or have been playing most of your life. We are building community and an environment where everyone can come together and have fun! We play at the Regional Training Center in Virginia Beach. Ask about our refferal play days!

What To Bring

Please wear a reversible jersey or bring a white and dark shirt so we can divide up teams appropriately. Shin guards and mouth guards are highly recommended. A field hockey stick, water bottle, and sneakers or turf shoes are essential. Rockfish has extra sticks for beginners or temporary use.

Setup

Rockfish encourages players to sign up for play days on LeagueApps prior to showing up. Depending on the number of players we have, each will determine whether we play full-field 11v11 or 7v7. There are no referees, use the honor system when calling fouls. If time permits, we like to run a few drills and corners post-game.
